Jakarta – The ASEAN region’s economic integration has amplified the need for law firms capable of addressing cross-border legal complexities. Positioned in the heart of Jakarta’s financial hub, Munde Herlambang & Partners (MHP) has emerged as a strategic player, offering services that meet both domestic and regional demands.

Operating from the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower I, 17th Floor, the firm specializes in a broad spectrum of legal areas: commercial disputes, land and property law, insurance, consumer protection, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), as well as civil and criminal litigation. Its clientele spans individuals, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations with operations across ASEAN.

Asri Munde, the firm’s Managing Partner, brings a wealth of expertise in industries as varied as construction, aviation, retail, oil and gas, mining, and finance. Starting as a public defender at the Legal Aid Centre for the Press, Asri refined his legal acumen in prominent law firms, notably Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (2013–2019). Holding a cum laude law degree from Hasanuddin University and a master’s degree from the University of Indonesia, he is also a registered Administrator and Receiver with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and a member of IKAPI and PERADI. His track record includes leadership roles in some of Indonesia’s largest and most complex restructuring cases.

Reza Herlambang, Founding Partner, entered the legal profession in 2006 after graduating from Universitas Gadjah Mada’s Faculty of Law and earning his master’s degree in business law from the same institution. His professional portfolio includes memberships in PERADI, ASAHI, and IKAPI, as well as certifications as a Financial Sector Legal Consultant and Intellectual Property Consultant. Known for his role in rescuing state-owned enterprises through PKPU processes, Reza combines legal precision with strategic business insight.

Together, Asri and Reza have shaped MHP into a firm that not only resolves disputes but also anticipates legal challenges in a rapidly evolving ASEAN market. Their leadership blends Asri’s deep industry knowledge with Reza’s strategic foresight, ensuring that clients benefit from tailored, forward-looking solutions.
