Jakarta – The 8.0 Award Trends Summit 2025, held at the Grand Mercure Kemayoran Jakarta, recognized business leaders from across the region for their achievements in corporate growth and leadership. Among the honorees was Didiek Hendraleka, CEO and President Director of Kumis Group, who received two distinguished awards — Best in Company Award 2025 and Excellent Entrepreneur Award 2025 — presented by GP Rajasa Pranadewa, Chairman of the event’s organizing committee representing Award Magazine.
Under Didiek’s leadership, Kumis Group has expanded its operations across construction, logistics, supply chain, and commodity trading, particularly POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) and PAO (Palm Acid Oil). The group currently manages five business entities with combined assets valued at approximately IDR 650 billion (USD 42 million), positioning itself as a competitive player in both domestic and regional markets.
Operational capabilities are supported by a network of mini-plants in Sumatra and Kalimantan, enabling efficient supply chain management for high-value palm-based commodities. In addition, Kumis Group holds a 40% stake and serves as the lead operator in a consortium with Terrafusion Energy Pte. Ltd., which holds 20% as a supervisory partner. The collaboration is preparing for the establishment of HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) production facilities, aligning with ASEAN’s growing interest in renewable energy and sustainable trade.

Diversification beyond its core sectors remains central to the group’s growth plan. In 2017, Kumis Group’s property division launched the Nusa Persada View residential project in Bogor, incorporating traditional Indonesian architectural influences and supported by a working capital facility of IDR 160 billion.
Speaking at the summit, Didiek emphasized the importance of collaborative leadership in achieving sustainable growth. “These awards are not just personal recognition but also a reflection of the team’s dedication to building a company that delivers value locally and regionally,” he said.
With a solid asset base, strategic partnerships, and a growing presence in renewable energy, Kumis Group is well-positioned to strengthen its role in the ASEAN economic landscape.
